The website features a phone number for people who “need emergency help immediately”, but when called they require a lengthy process which would only begin 11 days from now. Which is neither emergency help or immediate. It seems like an ostensibly helpful organization, but this discrepancy should be taken care of. People desperate enough to reach out to a food bank don’t have the luxury of time, especially not that much. And if anyone from interfaith is thinking about writing a response, save your breath. Just do better.

Sounds like you do. Call them and set up an appointment. They will need proof of income. You will have to fill out forms. They are very nice there and very helpful. Good luck.
They may open at 9:45 but start time is actually at 10am, and stop letting in at 11:30am. They stay to process all inside, usually 12pm.
