We had a great experience with Rich's Carpet One. We had vinyl plank flooring installed in several rooms and replaced the carpeting on the stairs. We were very pleased with the sales staff and the installers. We did experience some confusion regarding scheduling of the carpet installation, but this was not a big problem. Also, one bedroom door (that was removed for the installation) now sticks a bit when being closed, but a minor adjustment should fix that.
