Been visiting on and off for 14 years. Always pleasant and helpful. With all my many questions, they are patient and are ready to help me. I don't believe the review about them screaming politics and abusing an 80 year old. That's just not them. By the way, bird seeds are one of the items I purchase there.

It is disgusting the way the staff and the owner of this store treated my elderly aunt. She is an American citizen and was screamed at and was refused service because of where she was born. The owner of this store should be truly ashamed of themselves and it makes me sick to hear that someone would talk to an elderly woman like that. They should be ashamed of their behavior and TrueValue corporate will definitely hear about this.

Who ever heard of a hardware store keeping bankers hours. Closed at 4:00PM when most people work till 5:00PM. Every day of the week. Really?
