I am very pleased with the service I received. Starting with Mark Morgan, Operations Manager who came promptly to survey the water damage. When we were ready to mitigate the crew came in ripped up the flooring and other wet material. The equipment to dry the areas was set up and checked daily. I am a new homeowner, the damaged floors were brand new, lived on less than 6 months. Mark eased my mind with his kindness and humor. I highly recommend ServePro.
