I went to Marvis for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and to change my brake pads. As many people, I hate going to the mechanic, especially as a female, because you don't know if you're going to get told additional work is needed or if they will try to over price you. I will say, Mavis change the dislike for mechanics for me. The staff were very professional and detailed when providing me with exceptional customer service. Also, prices were very reasonable. I never felt pressure to add additional services or products to my visit. I got the comfort of a friend or family member talking to me about my vehicle and their recommendations. I will definitely make Mavis in Poughkeepsie my go to mechanic. The work was exceptional and I would recommend them to family, friends, and even strangers.

This has become my new spot for car services. Very professional and knowledgeable staff who always have a smile on their face and are dedicated to helping you solve all your problems. You can tell the staff is going to treat your car as if it was their own and it’s gives me piece of mind knowing I can get the job done right the first time. Only issue is speed of service, but Ill take quality of service over speed any day.
