I really liked this establishment at first. It has nice equipment and many programs for all ages. However, my kid came home crying one day about an instance with the manager, Meg. After learning about the hateful environment at this location, I will say I will not recommend this place for anyone’s children.

We are extremely dissatisfied. We pay money to go here and we just got notified we wouldn’t have our uniforms for none of their competitions. The way they would make up for it was with an END OF THE YEAR POOL PARTY !!??? The coaches have been extremely poor with communication.

First time attending. My granddaughter takes lessons and it was a wonderful experience.

Maybe I read the email wrong. Tone was very demeaning. No need to quote "AllStar policies" to a parent who is truly just seeking information about your program Thanks Aliyah, beautiful way to represent your organization.
