Hobby Lobby does if I'm not mistaken. But Michael's doesn't if i remember correctly
They only have cake decorating classes, no baking on site
They should be able to open. Haven't heard of any flooding near there.
Last time i checked they did... Call them and ask. They are usually pretty good about answering stock questions over the phone.
