i went in to get my screen protector on and to buy a new phone and the second we walked the person made a face and brushed us off rudely. after waiting for a bit we just decided to just ask to buy the screen protector and she didn't give us option or even tell us pricing, so no effort what so ever. i get home and the protector is a $20 dollar amazon protector that i had to pay $60 for and its not even worth it. this store used to be more professional but customer service and the people are overall just rude. be kind its not hard.

If there was a 0 this would be it. After more then 1 bad experience at this store I can truly say this store has terrible customer service. I went in for an issue and the manager here told me call customer service. For every question I had he said I had to call bc they could do nothing for me in store. He did not even give me options. Just said nothing we can do for you. Even if you can’t help at least be nice to your clients. I’m sure if I was adding new service he would’ve been happy to help. I work for one of the biggest company’s in the US and I would neverrr treat a client this way. Unacceptable. I will be changing if my services over to another provider as soon as possible.

very bad unprofessional service, the manager does not want to deal with problems, gives a phone number and mail and says write there and call, he does not offer any help. I do not recommend anyone to visit this store.

Yes, make sure that you wear a mask because they will not let you in without one. You also want to make an appointment
