They will help you but being its email issue they may not be able to as the email is not there product
You can't rely on them unless your switching or buying they try their hardest to push you out of the door. And Claudio the manager is the worst he will mislead and provide false information like telling you that Verizon can't give you bill credits and buy you out of you contract from your previous carrier. Because I contacted Verizon customer service directly. They gave me the website to submit info for the buyout. Don't trust anything that comes out of their mouths
I'm a sprint customer who went in 1 day... just waiting for payment agreement to mature so i can port my number. They were EXTREMELY helpful, even knowing i wasn't switching immediately. You, already being a customer, i genuinely believe theu will help you out with a smile.
