We toured here Friday. This place is beautiful! Our leasing consultant Lyndzi was very professional and thorough with our tour and out of the 20 some apartments we have toured she definitely was the best. Great community I would recommend checking out if moving to the Matthews area!

My parents lived at Matthews Square for 1 year and it was excellent! Brooke Peebles is most helpful and kind - as is the rest of the front office- but she is exceptional at her job - both professional and personal! The apartments are beautifully appointed and the grounds kept tidy and clean. It is a safe and family-oriented environment, I highly recommend Brooke and her team to you if you are looking for a great place to call home.

We have been living here for 8 months now, and overall we are happy. Office staff is helpful and seem to appreciate the tenants feedback, wether positive or negative. Nothing is perfect especially when you share space with strangers. The garbage area was a disaster at one time , especially after the weekend when there are people moving in and out.But they’ve hired Cheryl to take care of the outdoor pool area and grounds in general, including the garbage area, which is now kept clean. Cody does a great job with apartment maintenance, and is always helpful. I do believe they could use a few more people. Two people for 350 units and big grounds is not enough in my option. The cleaning lady, sorry, I forgot her name, does a wonderful job. Again, could probably use a second or third cleaning person. The apartments are nice and bright. We enjoy our apartment and balcony. The amenities are nice and definitely used. Gym is equipped with treadmills, ellipticals, rowing machine, and free weight. There’s a separate yoga room as well, with spin bikes. Overall we’re pleased with Matthews Square (bainbridge) There was a name change made after we moved in. Just wish the pool was a little better maintained. Maybe by a pool service company, again not the staff , but lack of staff. 2 people in maintenance is not enough or fair to the employees and tenants. One last thing, wish the tenants would clean up a little more when the use the common areas! Would recommend Matthews Square Apartments.

I love it. You get what you pay for, the amenities, smart entry, service, and so forth, It's worth it. Brooke is so sweet and accommodating. Always available to answer a question needed.
