I scheduled my appointment online which really cut down on the wait. I was called back quickly, assessed with about 20 minutes, tested and x-rayed around my COVID like symptoms. The reading of the x-ray is remote and took a while but the doctor warned me about that and gave me options for waiting. The reception staff was kind and efficient. My doctor was attentive and careful. Urgent care can feel less personal and I will say this was not my experience at FastMed.

Okay guys, first I'm going to keep it all the way real, I am sitting here in the waiting area at Fast/Slow Med Urgent Care🙄. The Customer Service is not Bad, but it's Nothing To Write Home About Either💯💯. My biggest issue is the LENGTH OF TIME THAT I HAVE BEEN WAITING JUST TO TAKE A URINALYSIS🤯😡🤬!!! I have taken plenty of Urinalysis Tests, but this is DEFINITELY the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! It may be time for me to go back to work tonight before I leave this place!!! That's what I get, I chose this place strictly for location purposes; SMFH😤😖😣😞🥱💯

Don't let the name fool you the wait was over 2 hours on each visit on different days at different times.

Insanely slow. Don’t care who was here first. Waited over 2 hours while someone who has been here only an hour gets called first. Horribly run place and insanely frustrating. Would not recommend. Even being short staffed you should at least go in order or patients who arrive first.
