Arrived at 8am. Seen by 8:15am. We were the second one to enter at 8:00 am. Vitals taken by Stephanie within moments, very polite and caring. Dr. R. Naomi and Fellow Kristen came into the room for the examination by 8:30. Very caring and attentive. Dr. Naomi returned at 9am to find out if she was feeling any better and advised a Covid Test to rule that out. Stephanie returned promptly to administer the shot for the nausea and was again, very compassionate and attentive. The Dr. Returned at 9:30 to complete diagnosis and insight as to her recommendations. Very pleasant experience, considering that we only visit Urgent Care when we don't feel well and are very agitated.

I only gave a one star cause of the lady at the desk but the provider I had N Griffin in which failed to diagnosed me correctly barely even checked me out.. I came in an explained to them I had severe pain in my neck and shoulders wasn’t allowed to turn my head left or right and also in the meantime I got a Covid test just to see if that was the cause of it…..well it wasn’t, and they told me for the headache to just take Tylenol and drink coffee and sent me home!!!! Next day came and the pain was extreme when I went back to office they told me I would have to see the new provider for the next day I which I will be billed again and she would have to decide whether or not I need some other kind of prescription and that FNP Griffin never wrote down any neck pain and it only noted a Covid test!! Well my discharge papers say a headache!!! Then on top of it the Covid test is free…. Well this location still bills you for other services (checking you blood pressure and ears etc)…. Then she goes on to tell me that she can’t connect the other provider to figure out anything!!! On top of that the nurse wrote everything on a piece of scrap paper because the computer was running to slow and wouldn’t even open up!! 😒 never again!!

They should definitely update their hours on the website and atrium app and Google maps. Came here with a friend who actually needed urgent care just to see that the building is closed.
