This facility is beautiful. It is fair to say that great investments have been made to make this facility top notch in the Savannah area. As I toured the residents seemed happy and healthy. I was greeting with some great staff as well. I feel this is not only a great place to work but a great place for rehab. They have a nice aquatic pool.

If I could give negative stars, I would. It has been exactly 3 years to the day since my mother passed away at this facility. My father died here too (in 2018). 3 years ago if I had written a review, it would have been extremely hateful because of how bad this place upset me. What saddens me the most, is that the day that my mother passed away (she passed away that night).......and let me preface this by saying I live in another state and had one caregiver for her down there. But the night she died, just a few hours before she died, I called her cell phone to speak with her. It went to voice mail. I called her cell phone again and again it went to voice mail. So I called the nurse's station to ask them to please get my mother's cell phone out so I could call it and speak to her. They refused to do it. Then I asked if they could help her with the phone in her room. They refused to do it and told me there were NO phones in her room and they did not have any phones for me to call and speak with her. I did NOT get to speak to my mother before she died. How horrible is that?? But it didn't stop there. Once I got to Savannah and went out to this facility to pick up her stuff, I was then told by management that she had no belongings except for her purse. ALL the new clothes that I bought for her to wear, were gone!!! ALL OF THEM!!! Even the clothes she already had!!! AND her cell phone was mysteriously gone too!!! I was gaslighted by the staff there with them telling me I didn't know what I was talking about. They stood there and lied to my face!!!! That is seriously messed up to lie like that and steal someone's belongings. On top of not letting me speak to my mother ONE LAST TIME!!!!!! I don't need to do anything. God SAW who did what and where it went and believe me, God WILL handle it, if He hasn't already. Most of the staff here is HORRIBLE!!!! AND LAZY!!!!! The poor patients in there............God bless their souls!!! I will say that Hospice was far nicer and waaaaaaaaaaaay more compassionate than ANYONE at Pruitt. NEGATIVE 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 STARS!!!!
