They are always courteous and don't stop there...if they don't have what you need they will send you where you can get it. If it is something small enough not to have to bring it in for repair, they Will tell you what to do on the phone. It always ends up working, for me anyway. For instance my upright freezer froze up and the fan motor stopped so we unplugged it. They told me what to do before plugging it back up. That was about 3 years ago and today I still have a freezer that works fine. I recommend Bowen Refrigeration to anyone that's needs Appliance service. Thank you Bowen family for being so helpful to me! I'll be back, if ever I have to.

It all depends on their inventory
It is closed permanently, we are doing everything out of our Savannah office. We are located at 4415 Bull Street Savannah GA 31405. We have been at this location for over 60+years. Hopefully you will come in and see us, we look forward to seeing you!
