If you enjoy Bojangles quality of product (s) then perhaps you can chalk some negative experiences someone having just had a bad moment in time. Maybe a migraine was excruciatingly painful. Maybe a tooth was abcessed and causing neural connections to go haywire which can make a person appear grouchy before they fallout. Do the math and see if your experiences at Bojangles is met more or less of the times you visit. Just remember to base that question on the singlemost transparent reason for the majority of your visits. Bad reviews put businesses out of business. No work causes desperation. I would rather have less than stellar service over a home invasion anytime. Unless there are nice empathetic Aliens who will take me home to my Daddy.
