This is a Senior Manufactured Home Park. Very quiet, no children. Clean, quaint, and a perfect place to retire. Rental of space, less than $700/month. Water and trash are included. Pool tables, and swimming pool included. Nice, friendly residence. Neighborhood watch is prevalent.

For an old peoples home theirnot as bitchy as anticipated. They have good handy men and land scaper keep the place looking swell.
