I have only been to this gas station three times in about 10 years. Today was the third time. Every time I have visited this gas station and used my debit card at the pump, I have immediately gotten fraudulent charges up to $400 or charged $151 instead of the actual gas price. I bought $25.01 worth of gas and was charged $151. I called the bank to report fraud and they told me that the store directly charged the card and there was no fraud. After researching Pilot gad stations on the Internet, apparently they are known for putting a $150 or $151 hold on people's cards who do not frequent the gas station. Beware if you are traveling through Summerville, SC and stop here. If you are not a regular customer then you will be a victim of fraud or a stupid pre-authorized charge for gas. Gas is expensive enough and Pilot wants my bank to hold $150. My car wouldn't even hold that much gas! Ridiculous!

This is place is a joke stay Away. The lot is designed poorly. Hard to get out and gets congested with only being a few trucks. Best go to another place

Jessica Birkmire, There's no truck wash there. It's a very cramped parking area for Big Rigs. Hope this helps.
No. If you travel west on I-26 just 5 miles exit 194 to the newer Pilot they offer that Service there.
Small lot Better to use the flying j near by or rest area on I 26

I was just in this place and they accused me that I was stealing at any time I touched something in their store. You can see the security cameras as Mr. and Mrs. said that they attended and threatened to call the police and they told me on several occasions that I left the place I wanted to buy an orange juice and again they told me to leave I was With 3 more friends who bought things in their store, one of them offered to pay for my drink. Do your job well and watch your videos in cameras before making such accusations.👎👎
