I was lost when it came to making arrangements. Kisha Bailey was a true blessing to me. She helped with everything and made it super easy for me. Very professional but still had empathy for what I was going through and that’s what I needed . My father’s funeral was so beautiful. Thank you Kisha and Elliott Son’s Funeral Homes .

Horrible! We have used this funeral home since 1984. It is the worst. Prepaid funeral in 2005, Father In-Law passed May 2022. Funeral included extras such as ; limo, visitation, service at church and funeral home , etc all paid for but not used, I was approached after graveside service and pressured to sign paperwork that I previously stated I wanted to look over and sign later. Stay away I will never recommend Elliott Sons again.

My grandson passed in 2016 and my mother in 2022. After literally visiting every FH in Augusta, I chose Elliot Sons for both occasions. I was blessed to have Tabitha and her team care for my family's loved ones both times, and they did so with respect, dignity, and compassion. They really listened to what we wanted and delivered. I can not say enough about the attention to the smallest details. Our going home celebrations were held at the Lumpkin Rd location and I can not describe the ambiance and beauty of the chapel. I felt so at peace there!! I will say, as an African American, I did have reservations about choosing Elliot's for mom. I was not sure if they could correctly make up deceased black skin. This was not an issue with my grandson as we went with no makeup for him because at 4 months old he did not need it. But, Tabitha and her team made mom look beautiful and natural just like when she was still living. And everyone commented on how beautiful her skin was! I I would highly highly recommend Elliot Sons.

Michael and the staff were there for my family during the most terrible time we have ever had. They were sincere and kind. I had no idea on how to even begin to plan a service for my son, but they walked us through it all. The service was beautiful, and I do not believe that there is anywhere else that would have done a better job.
