Never buy from here the cars are not worth the price. My boyfriend got a car from here because it’s easy to get approved but they’re a scam. The cars break down easy and have a lot of problems. You’ll constantly need an oil change and then there would only be appointments available for the next month if you call the service. They jack up the price of the car a lot. Also if you’re late on a payment not missing a payment just being late a day Rosy will call you constantly. If Rosy doesn’t get through to you either by phone, email, or text she will call everyone you have listed as a reference. Please believe the reviews this is the worst place you can get a car from. Also the five star reviews are probably fake and just people they know and told them to write a review.

This is one of the worst place to do business if you're car shopping. I financed a car from them in 2019. A month later the transmission would start to slip, and I'm on vacation in NC. So I call ( Eric) "financial manager" at the time, told me via phone you make good money have the car towed at my expense. He's no longer working there.. So I began communicating with Brandon I guess that's his name because they pretend to be other people at times.So I had the car looked @ in NC and I drove home. I bring it to Byrider service departmentand they said they could not find a problem with the car. Now the warranty is expired and the problem is getting worse, I'm still paying my payments car not in jeopardy of repo or anything. I had to pay out pocket to get it fixed I needed a car. The financial part THE PAPERWORK they gives you PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE NUMBERS. I cant say much more became maybe its out of my control now. This company name was Jd byrider then the name changed after many different lawsuits for overpriced cars and warranty basically the same things we are addressing now. We have to take it too the next level. By us complaining to them want help the situation. BBB, Attorney General, Meriden advocates etc... Guaranteed we will get acknowledge

They work with you as long as you’re an honest customer. I love how they get to know you just from buying a car from them. They use personalized greetings as they correspond with you about your vehicle. And last but not least, shout out to the Service Department.
