I am not a fan of Meriden and was reluctant to look here. However I have to admit it is nice here. I moved in in 2016. Its convenient to all highways and shopping. I love my building and the tenants in it. We are our own little community and look out for eachother. For a complex built in the 70s these are well maintained. Any issues that have to be reported are handle by the staff who are wonderful & have it all together on running the place. Any maintenance issues are usually taken care of that day. I love how pet friendly it is here as well. The only "complaint" I have is they should never have removed the carpeting from the hallways. This increased the inside noise level is 10x. I understand it looks nice & clean but the stairwells are the areas that get dirty fastest and that's the 1st area you see (& sometimes smell). All in all I really enjoy it here :)
