Unhappy with service. Never did a walk through of car. He brought me paperwork and said it's all good. A bunch of scratches, but nothing major. All together 45 min for pick up 25 for drop off

To many hidden fees. Got the price over the phone and when we got there there was a fee for this and that and this and that …. Ridiculous

Waited for over an hour. There were 5 employees present but only one willing to work with customers. Also I was promised an SUV when I was finally helped they weren't sure what was available for my rental. They said probably a sedan..... horrible customer service, I watched a poor couple get a jeep that they did not want because all other rental places were about to close and they waited for an extreme amount of time. It was almost sad to see this situation unfold. I would not recommend.
