The branch manager at the Stratford Road location was pleasant, accommodating, and exhibited a high degree of professionalism. While there were several cars that had not been returned, he tried to ensure that each customer was able to receive a vehicle that was close to what was reserved.

These people took great care of me from start to finish! I was a walk in without a reservation on a Saturday 30min before they closed. They got me a van (which I wasn’t expecting, considering gas prices) but told me to come back Monday to switch out for a sedan. I ended up turning it in early and was refunded the days I didn’t use, and they offered me a ride to where I needed to go! The only reason I can’t give these people a 5 star is because I honestly feel like they’re too expensive..however I will keep them in mind in the future for sure!! Thank you Enterprise!!

Manager Mike, who I was forwarded to after failure by another local Enterprise to place me in a vehicle 3 days after my original reservation was confirmed, made a commitment to have a car and a call by 3:00PM today with a solution after what he called “an absolute failure in customer service” (THREE DAYS AFTER ENTERPRISE CONFIRMED THEY WOULD HAVE A VEHICLE PREPARED) It’s 3:40PM - No vehicle, No call from Mike, and no remaining trust or passes for enterprise. They deserve this rating and the one I’m going to post across the region. Show up like you say you will
