Saturday store hours listed as closing at 9 online. We drive 20 mins to get an online print order that is already paid for and just have to pick up off the shelf. Arrive at 7:05 to 2 associates coming out and locking doors. When I inquired it was made clear it was my problem and they clearly close at 7 and no they could not walk back in and pick up my package (again already paid for and no transaction needed). Box store are dead and I’m reminded why. I won’t do business here again or at the business the replaces them in a couple months.

I've always had a great experience coming here. I usually am in for copying, printing, or faxing things. Staff have always been friendly, polite, and helpful any time I've needed them. I've never had any negative customer service interactions.

I did an online order for curbside pickup desperately needed the item, and could not wait the two days for shipping from other retailers like Amazon. I ordered it which it was an expensive item I received a message they don't have it in stock after I had placed my order. Even though they didn't have the item they charged my card after they said they wouldn't and now I am waiting in refund limbo and probably won't see a refund for days. I have learned my lesson. How come so many other businesses can keep up with their inventory and keep their online store up to date. If you want to play with the big boys get your stuff together and do business professionaly this is a joke of a business I'm surprised you are still somehow in business.
