I've only been here twice, but both times was amazing. First trip I had bought a folding bike off FB Marketplace. I kinda got burned and whereas Eric could have sold me all kinds of stuff he was up front and honest. The second time I had a bike gifted to me that I wanted to use for some road riding. I brought the bike in. He took a look up on the stand and asked me a few questions. Then, made his suggestions based on the bike and what I wanted to do with it. A week later, my bike was ready to go and has been great ever since. Any bike info or work I can't handle on my own will definitely be going to Eric and Bike Worx.

I went in there to give away an old bike I no longer used, and ended finding a tri-bike I can use on the road which is something I had been looking for. I am very new to cycling and Eric answered all the questions I had (which was a lot) without any hesitation. He said he was cleaning up the bike to put it out on the floor and said he'd call me when its done, and a week later I was picking up the bike to buy. Customer service goes a long way for me, and Eric definitely made me want to come buy a bike from them based off of his awesome customer service.
