We needed boarding for my special needs unfixed dog that has a food allergy. Upon my initial call I was greeted in a professionalism with a warm and careing manner. This was 1st my dog and I was ever separated. I was very much at ease with peace of mind knowing the staff & administration love and value her care as much as I do. You get what you pay for. Not very professional, staff are unorganized and lose pet documents. The vet hardly did a physical exam and glazed over many important details.

Much to my surprise I was treated very well and most importantly my dog coco was taking care of and treated even better I left with all the information I needed the dr. and staff answered all of my questions and they were very very patient with me because trust me I can be difficult not in a bad way just I need patience from a person and they were nothing but patient and helpful and when I say much to my surprise that is because one thing that is very very important to me is customer service and they have very good customer service I honestly thank God for a place like this where I can take my dog who is a part of my family and trust Charleston animal hospital with him thank you again!!!!
