Can't say how grateful I am for CDSC. Mrs. Rhonda Carloss Smith is a pleasure to speak to. I called today asking for help figuring out some critical information and she took my information, did her research and got back to me! When do people ever get back to anyone with information? Not these times. She stayed on the phone with me until I fully understood the information I provided. I wish that all agencies would have staff like her, willing to help, pleasant and kind.
