Chili's is a great restaurant. It's definitely has the chain restaurant vibe, but the food, atmosphere, and customer service is always good.

The burger I ordered was pretty good and it came with fries. The service was great as well. If I had any complaints it would be the price. But with this g the way they are now I don't blame them. I will definitely go back.

We used to like this place and even kept them on our weekly rotation for take-out throughout covid. We continued to eat there, despite order errors, flat warm beer, and inconsistent service, which we tried to overlook. Unfortunately, last time we were there the place was filthy! Food and used napkins all over the floor, the tables were dirty and the person bussing was just wiping the food off the tables onto the floor. Apparently this had been going on for quiet a while, since the whole restaurant was gross! There wasn't an area of the floor that wasnt covered with some sticky stepped-on food and completely filthy. We were seated at a badly cleaned table, and after looking around at the filth, we were grossed out and decided to leave. If their storefront is this dirty, I would hate to see what their kitchen is like. Cleanliness is extremely critical at an eating establishment and they are now on our 'do not touch' list due to the unclean and unheathy environment. We are not going back there again. We were thoroughly disgusted. I would not recommend eating there due to lack of hygiene.
