The views on a chilly clear evening were incredible! The beer was ok. Nothing special. This place is definitely worth a visit! It is an easy recommend for anyone visiting near anchorage!

The atmosphere of the lodge is homie and inviting. This unlike most of my stays in any Airbnb or lodges I have been in previously. The owner is super nice and was willing to make us a hot meal after our long day on the trail. I really enjoyed the art work and beautiful window in the lodge. The huts them selves are nice and super affordable. I cannot wait to come back. Absolutely loved it.

Great weekend getaway from anchorage. Basic accommodations, excellent setting. Staff is very friendly. Ask about reserving the sauna if you book a night! Breakfast was great and is only open to guests. Make sure you get in early though, I think they stop serving at 10 or 11. Try the soups and pie! Great jumping off point to all the hatcher pass trails.
