Instead of telling me to come back with other paperwork, she searched on GIS and found the report that was needed. Even though it kept her there past closing, she saved me a trip and extra time. Our water bill keeps going up and up for a small duplex apt. No way our water bill should be $131 for two girls who are hardly even ever home! No way! And I’ve been gone three weekends in a row back to back! Why is the water bill continuing to rise? We already called and spoke with them 33-4 times and they sent someone out twice and said that they couldn’t find any leaks or anything wrong but somehow the water bill is still $113 and $131 the past few months? You continue to send out the water bills even tho you have not fixed the problem or given us any of our money back? I really wished we lived even a little further out so we can get Duke energy. This is insane!
