Curious if it’s Michaels policy to tell shoppers they need to leave because the store is closing in 5 minutes and it’s 8:55pm? I can safely say that between my buggy and the other customers, this store lost some big end of the night sales.

I don't work there but when my daughter asked they told her to go online to fill out an application. Hope that helps. Most places these days have their applications online.
