Seriously disappointed! We’ve been to a few locations here in Cali (Bakersfield is still the best!) Took some friends who hadn’t been before, and the food was sub par, and the service even worse! I understand the understaffing they had, and we were more than patient, BUT! When I have to ask for something 3 times, just to go get it myself- there’s an issue! Didn’t check on us after we had our food, and forgetting things we’d asked for when we first ordered! We ordered bear claws to-go, and they didn’t come with the check, they didn’t come while sitting there, they weren’t going to come while paying either, until we had to ask for them AGAIN! As much as we love the establishment, we won’t go back to this location again!

I have not eaten here and will never will due to the owner. There have been multiple complaints about the way your run your business and you don’t seem to care. The way you treat people is horrible and I will NEVER give you a cent of my money.
