This Cathedral is fairly new and located near my work. It is open for Rosary recitation outside of service hours? Thought I should ask because of its connection to a private school.

Yes, it is open for private prayer during normal business hours. There is also a 24/7 chapel for adoration, check with the office for information on that.

The Sacrament of Reconciliation starts at 3:00 PM Saturdays. It's best to arrive at least 15 minutes early to get a place in line.

4th Sunday are 5pm Saturday only and 9am Sunday. Christmas Masses are 4:30 and 7 Christmas Eve and then midnight and a morning one I cannot remember on Christmas.
