Had the axle break on my boat trailer on Hwy5 south of Willows. Called Manuel and he arrived within 30 minutes. He got the trailer hooked up and towed me into town and actually made himself available 4 hours later to help load the trailer up to be transported home. I am a domestic violence survival and I needed to get out of a situation fast. With a 5th wheel a truck that list battery connection I paid a high rate to have the issue fixed. The service personel came unprepared and left me with a remaining issue that in less than 30 minutes later and I am stranded in the heat and scared.
