Had to get a new phone as I drooped mine on the sidewalk. (OOPS)Went to the Verizon in Kernersville and was immediately greeted by Giovanni. After explaining what had happened to my phone and what I was looking for, I was able to get my new phone quickly. Had some laughs with Giovanni and chatted a little while the transfer process was going on. A very outstanding interaction and will definitely go back to see Giovanni when I am in need of anything else.

More excellent customer service at your Kernersville store. New phone purchased with Erik Marlin. Kudos to him for going above and beyond breaking down every bit of the bill and costs.

Verizon as an organization is dysfunctional and my experience at this location is on par with other locations as well. You are constantly told incorrect information, told you can trade things in for amounts that they later change when your at the point of purchase. They took over two hours just to add a phone line because they kept back stepping from what they committed. The rep got the wrong phone and after transferring all my data realized they had the wrong phone version. At first they offered $400 in trade in, then it was only $100 unless I upgraded my plan for all my lines, then it was $14 if I stayed on current plan, then it was $400 again if I upgraded only one line. I wanted to pay for the phone cost up front and not pay it on the bill and they capped it at half the cost of the phone stating I had no choice but to put half the cost into my bill. Why!?!?!? In short - avoid this location and Verizon altogether.

I would go into the store and ask. They're very friendly and helpful there. Ask and I'm sure someone there will help you understand. Take your most recent bill with you.
