This Place is a joke the outside trash cans at the buildings over flow, the maintenance guy always in car smoking. Letting trash over flow. There are two big residential trash cans and it is disgusting around them there need to be two to 4 more industrial size trash cans. You cannot have anything on the porch for them thinking it is trash!! There is no one in the office hardly. The turn over rate for their staff is so high. The best managers here has been Dawna and Stella they actually communicate and listen to the residence around here!! The ones in between have just walked around throwing out blame on residence and written warnings that make no sense I feel like I couldn’t live in peace here it’s not very welcoming it’s always your doing this your doing that feels more like prison than anything.

Omg. I have put in several applications and even was talked to the Indian lady for awhile she told me I was approved months ago and now, I can't seem to get intouch with no one at this place I know I've spent about $150 on application fee because every time I turned it in I repaid my application smh. This is the worst I have ever been through trying to get into a place in a year and a half.

This is the worst place to try to apply for! I have applied as well as paid for the application fee and have yet to receive any kinds of updates! No matter which days or how many times a day (from different numbers as well) that I call NOONE ever reaches back out!! You say that you have opening but really you just steal money!! If you have people in the office that are too ignorant to answer the phone then I suggest you hire someone else! It doesn’t take but to minute sit answer!! Horrible place that I have reported to the BBB!!
