This target was so great until they remodeled and it’s gone totally downhill from there. Firstly, it always feels like it is 80 degrees in there - always so hot and stuffy. Everyone is sweating and it’s so gross. They are always advertising that they are hiring but have no staff to sort out the massively overstocked clothing section that is so congested with clothing crammed on the racks and strewn all over the floor. The fitting rooms were nice and conveniently located within the store when they first remodeled but now serve as a closet for them to store all the excess items that they couldn’t manage to squeeze on the racks. If you want to try anything on, be prepared to hurdle over the piles and piles of clothes that make it almost impossible to even open the fitting room doors. There was one employee who I guess was managing the fitting rooms, leaning lazily on the heaps of clothing and playing on her phone. The Starbucks is awful and while they have several employees running it, they always make the worst quality drinks. I always get the same thing at Starbucks but I threw it out today because it was sooo gross. The cashier, who was very preoccupied with scrolling through Instagram on her cell phone while taking my order, wouldn’t scan my rewards QR and I’m not sure why, she wouldn’t even try. She would not give me a receipt either. Hm. There are almost no open lines for checkout and the self checkout line is so crowded, every time I go the line stretches halfway through the store. I understand being understaffed, but I know people that have applied to work at this location and never got so much as a call back .. so .. what is the problem? This location is the embodiment of the phrase if it isn’t broke, don’t fix it! I used to love shopping here, but I will spend the extra time to drive out to the Target further east going forward.

The employees at this store our so rude. They never move in the when they are stocking. Stay in the way to the point you have to turn around just to go back down another row. A few are great..the cashier's. They need attitude adjustment! BAD!

Terrible customer service and they do not honor the return or price match company policy. Anyone who knows me knows that I love Target, but after today I’m planning to pay off my Red Card and then cancel it. I was given a gift card instead of the return and repurchase I asked for. I was then told by an employee that this was “above her pay grade and she didn’t make enough money for this” as she and the other 2 associates giggled and made faces at each other right in front of me. They continued doing this in front of the manager and I pointed it out and told her I was going to call corporate. She didn’t seem concerned and offered to give me the number. My merchandise was put on a gift card rather than returned to the original form of payment and I was told that “cannot be undone.” This was YOUR mistake. Not mine. The bad attitudes were just the cherry on top. It would be great if someone could fix this since I now have a gift card with no plans to shop at Target ever again- but hey, a nice way to break policy to get me to spend more money rather than return it to my original payment as I requested. Not that they “need” my business- but I work hard and will spend my money somewhere with nicer people who follow the rules. If they treated me this way, I’m not the only one as I see other recent complaints regarding this guest services desk. Nobody deserves to be talked down to and then ridiculed by employees. I worked in retail for years and had to be nice to the worst of customers. Everyone knows you should wait till they leave to start talking, laughing, or making faces about them. Do better.

Target does not likely monitor Maps. Typically, it is customers who have written reviews that respond to questions. You'll have to call the store.
Good question. I have a bunch if Target giftcards--and cards for other businesses. Tired of sitting on them.
