The staff is incredible… Marghee, Tori and Danae always give the biggest smile when I walk in. It’s very clean and comfortable to work out there and other members are very nice

First time going there it's okay it wasn't really given a tour of the place or how to work any of the machines so it's best if you go with someone that knows how to work the machines there most of the staff is friendly the machines their work but they play nothing good on the TV for you to watch even if they did you couldn't hear them anyways because the buttons to listen to the TVs don't work. I was there for an hour and a half and I say by my standards I received though good workout you could work as hard or as little as you want and there's a variety of machines you could try out. It was not too crowded mostly everyone kept to themselves.

I love the atmosphere, amenities and equipment as well!! The only thing I would change is that the water fountain needs to be cold and not luke warm and needs to be open 24 hrs. Warehouse and manufacturing employees need to work out still and according to my shift, these hours are not comforting working 8am-9pm...switched to 10x Fitness but I would love to be back aside from the operating hours Ps - why is this the only Planet Fitness in NEPA that is not open 24 hours according to Google Maps??

The equipment is clean and there's a nice view. Also the room was clean and adequately furnished with towels but not pillows.

Between 15 and 17 years of age you need a signed waiver from a parent or guardian to workout. I would imagine you need a parent to sign up initially initially.
Hi Bria, You can join PF starting at the age of 13 with a parent/legal guardian's permission; they must be present with you during the sign-up process. Members aged 13 and 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when they work out.

None of the planet fitnesses have a steam room, pool, inhalation room, Etc. But if you're a black card member, they do have massage chairs, tanning beds, some hydrotherapy massage beds, Etc in what they call the Black Card Lounge, which is usually just a separate section at the facility.
They should give some kind of discount it's the right thing to do I would think it's only fair especially if your a loyal customer!!
