Due to a mixup in New York City, when I finally arrived at the Scranton bus terminal, I was informed that there was not another connecting bus to Harrisburg that same night. In fact, the next one didn't come until the following evening. James Henderson, with Martz Trailways, was extremely kind enough to call Greyhound and inform them of our situation. With his help, Greyhound then offered us a prepaid Uber to get us the remaining distance. I am very grateful towards James, for without his kindness, my mom and I would've been stranded.

Yes unless you're picking him up at Walmart, otherwise he will be at the bus station around 6:30 I believe it is
I wouldn't I paid for a Greyhound ticket and the bus came to the station on a rim and I had to catch a Uber from Scranton pa to Philly and still no refund from. The company just a run around with a bunch of I can't help you and call this number call that number and they can't do refunds it's a 50/50 shot messing with them
