Professional and so helpful!! When I I shopped for my durable medical equipment before the date of my hip replacement surgery they had all supplies that I needed. Laura provided great customer service, suggestions and tips besides carrying everything to my car since I was using a cane.I highly recommend Northeast Medical Products in Old Saybrook!!

When my prescription arrived there by fax from my APRN, I was called immediately by an employee, Laura, to find out what time I would arrive the next day so the script would be ready and it was when I got there. 5 minutes in and out.

shady little store, more like a TV repair shop than medicalequiptment . Blucross has their number, its disconnected. their number on the web, they dont pick up. why do we have to deal with places like this for our cpap supplies? obstructive sleep disorder doesnt just GO AWAY. the supplies are needed. I have covid right now and i cant fet supplies at all! CVS has them, unfortunatly my insureance will only deal with this type of place. CVS for narcotics...yep, cancer treatments...yep, flu shot, yep , covid shot , yep.....simple cpap plastic mask...NOPE.
