Cute Park just behind the main shopping area of Ellijay. It has a mile loop for walkers and runners alike to enjoy. As of this post renovations and new elements will be added to the park but are meant to only add to the charm of the spot.

Harrison park is a very nice new park in Ellijay. There are flat walking trails of various lengths (1.0, 1/2, and 1/4 mile). About 1/3 of the trails are along the Ellijay river. There are 2 picnic tables and about 6 benches. There are currently port-a-potties. There are plans for improvements and I look forward to them.

No water to fish in.. really just a walking path
New years thats a long ways off no one does that stuff here its out in the country and the parks close early and families usually have their own plans for the holidays. Except for the fouth and Halloween events there's nothing.
