This place is amazing , If you are here to ride / drive the tail of the dragon they have thought of everything. Gated entrance to keep your vehicle safe . Fully stocked wash bay under the cabin. Extremely clean and beds are amazing. Thanks again see you next year.

I’m not going to rate this place on a neighbor they have no control over (but that other place isn’t that unsightly either) nor am I going to complain about the noise from RT129 since that highway is likely way this resort ever exists…oh and I actually stayed here. Karens annoy me. Ok, rarely does an overnight venue deserve 5 stars...but this one does. It's beautiful, comfortable, clean, homey, relaxing. You can see the TOC the owners put into this place in every aspect from the treehouses to the fire pit to the "Trail of the Dragon" path to the river. My wife and I only spent two nights here, but wished it was more. We stopped here as a vacation waypoint between PA and Gulf Short via a car…Seriously, I'm coming back with the Valkyrie (Honda motorcycle ) next time!

Spent the weekend here as we drove the Tail of the dragon. Great cabins, secluded but accessible, clean really comfortable bed, ensuite bathroom with plenty of towels and extra blanket. Short stroll to the river bank but the rain cut short our stay. Each cabin has a grill located on a nice wide deck. Check in was seamless. Would definitely visit again.

Sorry, because we only have the six treehouses and since so many people have allergies we do not take pets. If you ever travel without your fur baby we hope you’ll consider staying with us.

There are several restaurants nearby, all (or most) are listed on our website under the page, "Location" along with things to do in the area. All attraction are listed by categories like lakes, rafting, roads, hiking, etc. We have maps and rack cards in the room for you to take and we are happy to go over all of these with you at time of check-in. We also have menus from the local restaurants in the room.
We regularly get trailers and do have room to park several. Give us a call at 828-735-2228 and we can discuss.
