We had a trailer spot and it was nice. Fully shaded, but a little unleveled. The staff was great at handling the questions we had and also helped us find our spot. It was only a few minute walk to the village, but really wished I had taken the bikes to ride around. Overall awsome.

There's truly not a better place in the area for families especially. During busy summer and holiday weekends there's always amazing activities for kids. Aside from the planned activities there's also a pool, board games, the kids playground, pool tables, shuffleboard, ping pong and foosball. We love staying in their cozy updated cabins, and eating at the little cafe that often serves food on weekends. Everyone that works there is fantastic, especially Leslie! We love everything about this place!

So we originally tried to book a reservation for our 5th wheel trailer but unfortunately they said they don’t accommodate for a 45 foot trailer which I felt was odd, but whatever… we rented a cabin instead, I booked the cabin online which they do not have any pictures online of the cabin (which should have been the FIRST RED FLAG 🚩), they are labeled as a “Resort”, which in a common person’s definition is CLEAN, Well kept RV Resort with a lot of amenities, which was NOT the case. We walked into our cabin and the first smell was that OLD MUSTY SMELL, that they slapped paint on the walls and called it “newly renovated.” The cabin was dirty, shower curtains were DIRTY, closet doors were broken, hot water heater was off, and you’re unable to contact anyone after 4PM and open back up till 9 in the morning, which is a lack of customer service. The RV Resort park, after closely examining the layout of the RV Park they are trying to get EVERY inch utilized by making the RV lots extremely narrow and our friends lot had a tree they had to maneuver around. The roads are extremely narrow and windy, now I know why they were unable to accommodate our trailer. They need to widen the roads, which they have plenty of room to do so, and clean up the site. The pool area says “adults only” which is unfortunate for our kids. Pro: Great location, minutes away from the lake. Lastly, they had alot of sites that people live there and their sites were extremely dirty and unkept, which in my mind, as a parent.. you have uncertainty of what type of individuals are living at this resort. Bass Lake Resort: Please do not respond to your generic response as you are reporting this issue to the management team, they are plenty of reviews months ago that are writing the same issues and have failed to improve your resort, this review is for individuals who want an honest review.

The cabin we rented was disgusting! Deep cleaning hadn't taken place in a very long time. The price we paid to stay there was NOT worth it. The bedding was clean, thank god! The towels contained so much lint that you felt gritty while applying lotion to your skin. The baseboards were filthy, and the side of the stove was disgusting!!!! The scissors in the drawer had food caked on them from lord knows how long ago. The floor vents were caked with dirt, grime, and dust. I was very uncomfortable during my stay at this very OVERPRICED cabin!!!! Now I understand this may sound like I am nagging over minor things; however, everything should have been clean and comfortable for the price we paid. Luckily we didn't spend much time in the cabin. I did not check out the park's common areas because, to be honest, I expected the same for the common areas as dirty as the cabin was. I would not recommend staying in a cabin at this resort.

Lease on a leash at all times and must clean up after your dog and they also have dog park
No
I know mine didn't. The cabin we stayed in had a full kitchen though with a gas range/oven, microwave, and coffee maker. A lot of people camping/RVing had their own grills.
Yes.. no membership needed.. about $50 bucks.. very nice there.
Yes they do. Also included is preferred sites to members. The sites are easier to park in and nicer areas.
If you stay there more than three nights and go there on a regular basis you might was we'll get a coast to coast membership. But the members only section is for the people that bought into the timeshare option. Just remember that there isn't that many coast to coast sites south of this location. But like I said. If you stay three nights and do that mutiple times a year... Getting a coast to coast will save you more over time.
You should call them if you are looking for storage. Otherwise choose a campsite large enough to fit the boat while you are there.
Most parked theirs in their spot. Not sure if there was any other place to park them
Only propane fire pits no wood burning
As Rachel stated, there are several pull through sites with plenty of space for turning.
