Thousands of books and magazines. That part was good but they have a coffee shop inside. At 4:00 PM they did not have decaffeinated coffee. If you are going to have a coffee shop you should offer decafe products. The furniture is also showing their age and need attention. I know their core business is books but if you have a coffee shop do it right for customers.

One of the employees at the Huntsville store said they would probably only last another 5 to 10 years. This is BECAUSE OF ONLINE PURCHASING. "Save money" now and we lose our stores.
