Rude staff , expired cookies, yes I received refund, but the next day, those Cookies were still on sale, with expired dates on it !! There was an agressive customer, that was screaming and yelling, that my daughter is beating her child, instead of talk in normal voice, when I said to her there is no need to scream, I understand, let me talk to my child, She kept yelling and calling me b, a..h word, I started yelling back to her, just because I was nice at the beginning doesn’t mean that you can call me whatever , I also have a voice, I also have rights! The administration instead of coming and talking to both sides, she took the other customer side, who started first! She is the one who was so rude agressive , screaming, and insulting me, she even come to me so close and pushed me twice with her belly!!!! And still, administration did nothing! They did nothing to stop the other lady!! Instead they kept coming to me and ask to be wiser, she said to me in Russian “ she is crazy we understand that, if she is crazy it doesn’t mean that you have to be crazy, if you not gonna stop fighting back, I’m gonna ask you to leave “ !! But, how about the other lady !! Why you didn’t tell her the same thing that you told me !! everyone understood that the other customer was crazy, and administration took her side, everything is on camera, that I was almost beaten! Staff was unfair ! what am I supposed to do, to protect myself, I felt like I was discriminated, I don’t know if you are a racist or something, but I felt so bad. And you made my child to cry, she was freaked out! Dear owner, pls check your cameras and see who is right who is not! DISCRIMINATION! And I know my child , she is 6. For the whole 6 years she never ever touched or pushed other kids not in the school, not in the playground never ever!! She told me that that was accident! And other child didn’t even cry, because it was a light push by ACCIDENT! That kind of stuff happens and it’s normal. Instead she is the one who made my child cry seeing her mom pushed by other lady, emotionally abusing screaming!!!! And yess, My friend recorded everything on camera! Thank god, other wise places like this like making up stories, that they are angels! Not fair !!! O star!

Being this is the closest to us and one of very, very few places for kids in BK, we enjoyed it. It's one big room with pretty convenient strategic lookout points for parents. They serve food, good selection. One large crawling space for older kids, a ball pits for little ones, arcade games of all sorts, bumper cars. My younger one 2 yo did not have much to do, because I did not let her go on a bigger "gym" but her almost 5 yo brother had a blast. Would imagine gets crowded. We went an hour before closing and it was fine.
