I was in town working the US Open as a tennis official for all three weeks. I had one day scheduled off (Saturday 9/3). On Friday I decided to sign up for a private lesson. I found out Friday afternoon that a family emergency would have me go back home to Cincinnati right away. The company has a 48 hour cancellation policy which I respect, however, I did not have 48 hours to give notice. The club and the teaching professional was not busy at all. If they were totally booked, I would understand. I made several attempts to ask for a refund since it was a family emergency back home, but to no avail. If this is the way a company operates then why should I ever want to do business or anyone else do business with them. I will also write more reviews on every platform I can find.
