SUPER RUDE customer service from Sara and Brandy. I spoke with Sara online (live chat), and she basically told me to reorder the whole lab kit. She then asked “Why did you do that if the instructions didn’t tell you to?” Absolutely NO help. I then called and spoke with Brandy. She was rude from the start. She couldn’t answer any of my questions. Which, btw.. you don’t have to yell so much! THANK GOD I finally got transferred to Samantha. When I tell you she was the SWEETEST. Went out of her way to help me. I’m beyond thankful for people like Samantha. So helpful and I truly appreciate it. Samantha, if you see this, YOU ROCK! ❤️

I check with our Technical Support team regarding you question on the Celestron microscope. "Celestron recommends a MicroSD memory card not to exceed 32G . We recommend a card that comes with a micro sd adapter. Micro SD cards can be found at most department stores and on the internet. Carolina does not sell them."
