I called Doubletake to make an appointment to consign three items. Today at 3:00 was scheduled. When I arrived there, door was locked. Other shops in strip mall were open for business, so not a matter of power outages. They have a few employees usually onsite to cover their hours. They never took my phone number to advise no one would be there. I drove about 15 miles to get there. When I called their phone, their recording cuts off after their message with "goodbye" not allowing any msg be left. Customer service couldnt be worse. Returning my items to another venue They'll probably be closed soon, just like their Ridgewood store did.

Hi! We do not buy. All items are on consignment and you get paid as they sell. It is beneficial to the consignor as you will most likely earn more then a smaller payment upfront. =)

During our business hours, no appointment needed. Or, mail it in! All clothing must be on hangers, laundered or dry cleaned, free of odor, no rips/stains/missing pieces etc. We will return your hangers after we have gone through your items. No bags of clothing will be reviewed. Refer to our consignor contract for more details.
Checks are automatically mailed at the end of each month. Give us a call if you have a question or want to check on the status of your items.
We accept and sell hundreds of brands, including Chanel, Hermes, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Prada, and more! The brands we accept vary by item type, so check our our website for more information.
Across all of our locations, most items sell within two weeks of hitting the floor, though this varies based on demand.
We are available to review your consignment: Monday - Friday, 10am-5pm or Saturdays from 10am-11am only. No appointment required.
