Absolute worst customer service I ever experienced. Cindy the manager is an absolute joke. I purchased a pool vacuum and was not happy with it, I went to return it and Cindy’s exact words were “ I can’t take it back it used and I won’t be able to sell it to another customer”. I said to her…. Huh??? That’s not my problem, you sold me something I’m not happy with. Whether or not you can sell it to someone else is not my problem. Then she says “you paid cash and I don’t have enough cash to refund it”. Come to find out when you return something at Leslie’s that you paid for with cash they send you a check in the mail. So her nonsense of not having enough cash was a complete lie. I went to another Leslie’s and they had no problem taking it back. All this location wants to do is sell you ridiculously overpriced pool chemicals. Here’s a tip, drive down the street to OCEAN STATE JOB LOT much cheaper pool chemicals. This place is a joke, and will never see another dime from me.

Cindy and her staff are amazing!!! Cindy goes out of her way to help, she’s always pleasant and knows me by name, I feel valued as a customer and not just as $$$. Highly recommend!!
