I don’t write reviews too often but Frank at Audio Pro CT definitely deserves one! I made an online purchase from here and unfortunately have not met with Frank before as I am located a couple of states away. Nevertheless Frank gave me excellent advice not only in regards to the purchase I was making, but also in answering some of my general questions regarding my home studio setup. Frank also double-boxed my purchase which was very nicely done. I have no hesitation in recommending Audio Pro CT and plan on doing business there again in the near future! Joel F.

Terrible customer service and products. Got a subwoofer that was distorted. They wouldn't accept a full refund, wanted a restocking fee, and didn't want to pay for shipping. Their rude customer service rep closed my return ticket and I filed for a dispute with my credit card company. Terrible business, will not recommend anyone who wants quality products and satisfactory customer service.
