My mother received consistent, kind, thorough and professional care. The office staff was always in contact if there was a schedule or aide change. One aide had challenges with transportation for some time but was always communicating - life happens. When we had to change the schedule, the aids and the scheduler were always accommodating and understanding. We cancelled this service only because my mother had to move. I would recommend RAH to anyone with an aging parent who still has some self agency but needs some additional support with household chores, cleaning and meal-making.

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. They exposed my grandfather who is in hospice care to covid. The aid apologized to my family for exposing my family and the owner is now trying to put blame on my family. The aid tested positive for covid in less then 24 hour of being in my grandparents household. She had symptoms for covid prior to coming to my grandparents home and ignored them. She left my grandparents at home alone to get herself tested, without notifying anyone in our family her concern that she had it. She was unmasked around both my grandparents while being symptomatic. My grandfather now has covid, my grandmother, and my uncles. I want people to be aware of how unprofessional this company is so this does not happen to anyone else. My grandfather is going to pass alone because no one can go see him. This company was suppose to help us through this difficult time but instead has caused so much unpredicted stress we feel like we are living a nightmare. Outside of this incident we went through numerous aids within the company one in which was trying to get money from my grandmother. It has been a complete nightmare and so many empty promises. This company tells you what you want to hear and delivers none of their promises. Please do not do what you to did to us to others. Please do not cause this much burden to any other families.

Used the agency for relief coverage. Horrible experience during the big power outage after the last major storm. The CNA was ordered to abandon her 90, 86 year old clients and go home as we didn't have running water! All of the surrounding towns were without water. Which would have left them helpless, no food or water!! Office staff was beligerant, rude and ignorant! Only after I informed it was ABANDONMENT & ELDER ABUSE DID THEY ALLOW THE CNA TO STAY. No way to conduct business!!!
